Map the leak before you fund the repair.

A two-to-three-week diagnostic for boards. It maps the full operating spend, benchmarks it, flags governance and compliance gaps, and delivers a board-ready savings and consolidation plan.

§ 02 / The outcome

A baseline the board can trust.

Clean signal before any decision. The audit replaces assumption with a measured baseline of where money, compliance risk, and operating effort actually sit, so the board commits budget to the real constraint and not to a guess.

§ 03 / What you receive

Four deliverables, all yours.

  1. Board-ready savings and consolidation plan

The full case, written for directors with fiduciary duties: what to consolidate, what it saves, and the order to do it in.

  2. Full operating-spend map

Every line of the operating stack mapped and benchmarked: AMC fees, software tenants, processing costs, and per-event rentals.

  3. Governance and compliance flags

Filings, board continuity, and privacy posture under PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25, flagged before a regulator finds them first.

  4. Ranked repairs

A short list of what to fix first and why, with measurable first moves, whether or not Astrocytes does the work.

§ 04 / Scope and guarantee
Scoped on the diagnostic call Scoped to your organization

No open-ended hours. The scope is fixed before the work starts and the deliverables are published above.

§ 05 / What happens after

No obligation, no theatre.

If the plan shows a business case for the owned stack, activation is the natural next step and a staging preview is standing within 30 days. If it does not, you keep the plan and the baseline and owe nothing further. See what the platform replaces

§ 06 / Questions
Who is the Mission Audit for?

Boards and executive directors of member-based organizations, professional associations, institutes, and federations with the operating budgets typical of established member organizations. It is built for volunteer boards with fiduciary duties who need a baseline before they commit budget to anything larger.

How long does it take and how much board time?

Two to three weeks end to end. Board and staff time is limited to a few interviews and access to your operating records. The work of mapping, benchmarking, and writing the plan is ours.

What do we walk away with?

A board-ready savings and consolidation plan, a full operating-spend map, governance and compliance flags, and a ranked list of repairs. The written plan is yours to keep and act on, whether or not you continue with Astrocytes.

What is the guarantee on the audit itself?

If the audit does not surface opportunities worth several times its cost, the fee is credited against any future work. The diagnostic carries its own risk reversal so the first step feels as light as starting a trial.

What happens after the audit?

Nothing is obligatory. If the plan shows a business case for the owned stack, activation is the natural next step, with a staging preview inside 30 days. If it does not, you still keep the plan and the baseline.
