Why we work in French.

In Quebec, language is not a cosmetic layer. It is a condition for precision.

A leader can understand English and still prefer to think important decisions in French. That is not a contradiction. It is often the difference between accepting a concept and naming the real constraint.

Working language is infrastructure.

We work in French because operations, sales, governance, and costs need exact words. A poorly translated procedure creates fog. A poorly framed bilingual meeting creates two versions of the same problem. A public page that treats French as an afterthought says something about internal discipline.

The practice is bilingual, but French is not secondary. It is a way to respect the market, the teams, and the real work.
